this is a review for the original blend as havent tried the the stellar mind or night fall. the blend provides good energy throughout the day and is easily mixed with hot water. the taste is smooth with a nice texture. a good choice for anyone wanting something organic with a variety of mushrooms

feeling into it, starting slow

I certainly loved the way my days are flowing with using the stellar mind blend. I usually struggle a little with keeping focus especially during online courses and report writing etc. However, I find this a very strong brew and the recommended dosage was too much for me, meaning after one week I had a little headache and once I put it together, I simply used about 3/4 of the recommended amount. Still loving it but would recommend starting a little slower until you find the best dosage for you. Now I am super happy and can even skip a day, as if my brain also learns from all the goodies in it, meaning for me was not swapping a caffein addiction with a different one. Enjoy everyone!!

How to make your Earthrise

Earthrise does contain a small amount of caffeine, roughly one tenth of the amount contained in a standard cup of coffee. This comes naturally from the cacao, but is experienced differently to caffeine that comes from coffee beans due to the accompanying high theobromine content.

Our Night Fall product contains zero caffeine.
